1- Have a decent diet for your kids. Mineral deficiencies and vitamins can affect children oral health as well as overall health.

2- Baby teeth should be under the control for children aged 11 to 12 years. Visit your family dentist regularly for examination and control of your child teeth.


3- Using sugar-free gum is recommended about 5 to 30 minutes after consuming sweet foods or snacks.

4- It is recommended to use an appropriate toothpaste for children with a toothbrush.

5- Mouthwash with saltwater is very beneficial accompanied with other prevention methods mentioned above.

6- If there are dental abnormalities in the parents or relatives of the child genetically, it is best for the child under the age of 10 to be under the control of an orthodontist.

7- The presence of a gap between the teeth is usually normal and should not be of concern to parents. A bit of a disorder in the lower teeth at the age of 8 to 9 is usually normal.
